Tracking overview
Choose recurring trackers or one-time bulk scans and understand what each workflow stores.
Trackee has two ways to measure several prompt-and-engine combinations:
| Workflow | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Tracker | You want Trackee to repeat a saved brand's checks on a schedule. |
| Bulk scan | You want a one-time background run across a prompt × engine grid and will poll for completion. |
Both workflows can write snapshots for later analysis. Trackers also compare scheduled runs and create alerts when visibility changes.
Pick a workflow
- Recurring trackers cover creation, manual runs, updates, pausing, and deletion.
- Bulk scans cover one-time background jobs and polling.
- History and insights cover snapshots, rollups, recommendations, and alerts.
- Webhooks & notifications deliver tracker changes outside Trackee.
